Mark and Tammy are from Wilmington, DE. They are two of the original team members of Christmas City BBQ. They were invaluable when we had to stay up all night and tend the fire. They always kick in when needed.

Mark, also known as "Belly-button Man" in certain circles, is our resident photgrapher, videographer, taste-tester, and funny-man. He tends the fire with the best of them at 2 AM.

Tammy is known to stay up in the middle of the night and throw logs on the fire every hour and keep Mark awake. She is a great help with all jobs BBQ. If it is 110 degrees in the shade, she will volunteer to be the turn-in runner. Both are really great team support.
